To register to submit an art work for exhibition please email the following information or send questions to: tgae@holyspiritparish.org.au, cc: helen@konynenburg.com.
Submissions are required to be made by Monday 29th July.
- Artist Name, Email Address and Mobile Number
- Title of the work
- Photo of the work
- The dimensions of the work
- The type of work: painting, drawing, photography, ceramics, pottery, sculpture, etc.
- The medium used: oil, watercolour, acrylic on canvas, graphite on cartridge, photo, glass, bronze, etc.
- Year the work was produced – Approximate is fine.
- Must be recent: Preferably 1 – 3 Years with a maximum of 5 years. Please advise if unsure.
- Work MUST be dry
- Price of the work, or if you do not wish to sell, identify as Not For Sale (NFS)
- Sales will be managed by:
- the Alcove Art Shop onsite at the exhibition: https://alcoveartshop.org.au/, or
- online by using the barcode displayed and identifying the artwork you wish to purchase
- A $10 Administration fee will be charged for each submission
- A 20% fee will be charged on all sales
Note:
- Submissions are limited to three art pieces unless previously arranged.
- You do not have to be a parishioner to make a submission.
